Delivery Policy
Delivery options
You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Standard or Next Day delivery. Remember that you will need to sign for Next Day deliveries.
You can also choose to collect your order from our store.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands.
Store collection
You can choose to have your order sent to store for you to come and collect it. This is a free service.
We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again a few days later to confirm your order is ready for collection.
For your security, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store. They must bring along the payment card used to place the order and their order number. If you ordered as a gift for someone else, the recipient cannot collect the order.
Your order must be collected from the store within 30 days.
Delivery charges
We offer free Standard delivery for orders of £49 to £99.
We offer free Next Day delivery for orders of £99 or more. Standard delivery costs £2.95 for orders under £49. Next Day delivery costs £4.95 for orders under £49. Next Day delivery costs £3.00 for orders under £99. Store collection is free for all orders.*

We offer free Standard delivery for orders of £49 to £99.
We offer free Next Day delivery for orders of £99 or more. If you choose to collect your order from store, delivery will be free.
When you will receive your order
You will be provided with expected delivery times when you select your delivery option in checkout but here is a guideline:
Standard delivery
Once you have placed your order, you should receive it in 2-4 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) from placing your order.
Next Day delivery
If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the following day, including Saturdays.
If you place your order after 2pm Monday to Friday or anytime at weekends or on a Bank Holiday, you will receive your order within 2 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Remember that you will need to sign for Next Day deliveries.
Store collection
Store collection times vary depending on stock availability. You will be provided with expected delivery times for stores near you when you select your delivery option in checkout. In general, however, your order will be ready for collection in a maximum of 9 days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place it.
