You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK. However, please note that delivery will only be made to the address that the payment card is registered to and in some cases you will need to sign upon receipt of goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands.
We believe comfort shouldn't cost extra, that's why we offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders. So now you can shop from anywhere, anytime without worrying about additional delivery charges.
All orders will be acknowledged by email immediately.
On all orders, if you change your mind, you are entitled to return/exchange your goods. Any claims regarding faults must be made in writing to us within seven days of delivery and the product in question must be returned to us for examination. Before sending back any goods you must receive written confirmation from our returns team confirming you may send the product back. We shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the above requirements have been complied with.
In the case of returns the total amount, minus £10 (admin and re-stocking cost), will be refunded to the account the purchase was made from. This will be done within 28 days after the returned goods have been received by us.
All refunds are subject to them being received by us in an as sold condition. If an item is deemed to not be in its original condition we reserve the right to refuse refund and postage cost will need to be paid before we send the item back to you.
Made to measure orders and other certain items are excluded from this, unless we are at fault.
